Unfortunately, the air conditioning was switched off which made the room warm and uncomfortable. The bathroom in my Standard Double Room required some serious attention, especially around the shower area. The overall cleanliness was disappointing, as I noticed some dust and dirt accumulation in the corners.

Check if there are discounts available for parking when you check in. it could save you a considerable amount during your stay.

the cleanliness was a disaster, especially with the dirty toilet under the brim, and of course, no one mentioned there'd be a whole rugby team here ruining breakfast chaos. i was litterally expecting an upgrade for my trouble, but guess that’s too much to ask. almost thought of leaving a good review, but just couldn’t.

comfortable room but breakfast seating needs improvement

I enjoyed a comfortable and quiet room during my stay. The shower was outstanding, offering great water pressure and temperature control. The reception staff were very helpful, providing me with an excellent city map that made my exploration much easier. Breakfast had a good selection, but the seating area felt a bit cramped.

Had a great time with friends exploring two must-visit spots – the Piscine Museum in Roubaix and the LAM in Villeneuve D'Ascq. The breakfast was solid with lots of choices, and the staff were super friendly. We even grabbed a City Tour ticket at the front desk for a fun ride around the area.

One downside was the parking situation. the entrance was narrow, making it tricky for larger cars to navigate in and out comfortably.

The location was fantastic. tons of shops and eateries within walking distance. The staff were super helpful and friendly, making the stay even better. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with excellent options!

Decent Stay with Charming Staff

Enjoyed my stay with friendly staff who were always ready to assist. The location is vibrant, with plenty of cafes and shops nearby. Be prepared for some street noise. A big highlight was the cozy bar area for unwinding after a day of exploring! Check for parking discounts at check-in.

The room size was decent and clean, but I did miss some additional amenities that could have made the stay even better.

The parking situation could use some improvement, but that didn’t take away from my overall great experience! 😊

The staff were incredibly friendly, always ready to help us with our questions about local spots, made us feel right at home. We appreciated the choice of pillows on the bed, definitely made it easier to get some good rest after exploring.

It was a bit pricey for what we got, but still acceptable.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, bright, and welcoming, making it easy for me to navigate during my stay. I particularly appreciated the helpful staff who provided an excellent map of the city, enhancing my exploration of Lille.

More seating in the breakfast area would be appreciated.
